1) All expert should register for hotel reservation and other logistic purposes
2) To register MPEG meeting, you have to be a member of SC29/WG11 in the ISO Directory
3) To participate the co-located JPEG meeting ONLY, please register on JPEG Website
4) For MPEG and/or JPEG participants, please pay the facilities fee ONLY one time, to receive all services in the package
5) To participate the co-located SG16 meeting, please register on ITU Website
6) To participate the co-located JCT-VC meeting, please register on JCT-VC Website
 There is no dedicated link for registration to the JVET meeting, as it is an informal collaboration activity. JVET participants are requested to please register for either parent group meeting (SG 16 or MPEG ). All participants are urged to register as soon as possible, and not later than 15 Sept 2017.
8) SG16 and JCT-VC ONLY participate (doesn't present MPEG or JPEG meeting)  doesn't need to pay the facilities fee, for basic meeting room and projector services

3. Cancellation Policy:  
Any cancellation received in writing by the Meeting Secretariat-Macau Expo Group before September 20th will receive a refund less US $ 100,00 for administrative charges. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after September, 20th. Refunds will be made after the Meeting. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organizing Committee the Meeting is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

4. WIFI Connection
Wireless internet access is available at the meeting venue. Technical information will be given as soon as possible.

5. Invitation Letter 
Foreigners needing a special invitation letter in order to obtain visas may request it from the Meeting Secretariat at least two months prior to the Meeting.
